Ingredients:
Turkey-Herb Sausage (or other), into 3/4-1 inch pieces
Bell Pepper (I used red), diced
White Mushroom,diced
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
Some onion, minced
Frozen vegetables (any work)
Thyme
Salt
Pepper
Large frying pan
Wooden spatula
Knife
Cutting board
Bowls/Plates
- Large frying pan on high.
- Put garlic, onions, and thyme in the pan for 1 minute.
- Add meat, for 8 minutes.
- Add vegetables for about another 5-8 minutes.
Done!
